We have a long history of providing graphic design for professional firms. In the past few years, we have expanded our services to include web design with an emphasis on e-commerce sites. LBSound believes that good graphic design is the starting point for good web design - and our clients appear to agree with that sentiment. We work with all the latest professional software packages including In-Design, QuarkExpress, Freehand, Photoshop, Homesite, etc. The following represents a brief example of our most recent work:

"I Was King" is the freshman effort of songwriter/guitarist Tom Paul from Pittsburg, PA. LBS connected with Tom on the rec.audio.pro newsgroup. Recorded in three different studios, this project features Elton John drummer Charlie Morgan, Hall & Oate's saxman Charlie DeChant, and had the keyboards and final mix completed at LBS. Music examples can be sampled at their website at www.tompaul.org. In addition, graphics design, and website design were furnished by LBS.
WUCF Lynx Bus

WUCF, Orlando, FL is the straight ahead jazz radio station serving central Florida. Recently LBS was asked to provide the graphic design for Orlando's public transportation company "LYNX" which featured WUCF and it's programming on both sides of this custom designed rolling billboard. In addition to graphic design, LBS is responsible for a complete redesign of WUCF's website, as well as recording and mastering monthly on-air performances by regional and national jazz artists. These live performances are rebroadcast and mastered by LBS for use in annual complilation CDs.

Plan 9 - energetic smoothjazz!

Planet9, is a pop/jazz oriented band located here in Orlando, FL and features a who's who of players that have played on many of the pop hits that we grew up listening to. The brainchild of guitarist Drew Bently, the group features music superstars Charlie Morgan on drums (Elton John, Paul McCartney, Kate Bush, Tina Turner, Nick Kershaw), Charlie DeChant on sax (Hall & Oates), Steve Walters on horns (Aretha Franklin, Four Tops, Wayne Newton), Larry Jacoby on bass (Peabo Bryson, Phillip Bailey), and John Marsden on keyboards. This group has had many songs on the jazz & AC charts including several that cracked the top-40 and went as high as #5. Their music can be sampled at their website at www.planet9theband. Both the music production, graphics design, and website design were furnished by LBS.
Fun(K)Club

FUN(k) club is the brainchild of Liberty Devitto (drummer for Billy Joel), and keyboardist Doug Bear (of the Funky Blue Messiahs/MTV Realworld fame). Together with guitarist Tommy Calton and bassist Larry Jacoby, they form the heart of FUN(k) club. Add sax player Charlie DeChant (Hall & Oates) and trumpeter Steve Walters (James Brown, Aretha Franklin, etc.) and you have quite the funky stew! LBS was asked to help out the home grown project by mixing and manipulating the STAX/Muscle Shoals style tracks. This is an on-going project with a full album expected in the coming months.
